Rear window washer
Has anyone fitted a rear window cleaning device to their coupe?
The air movement clears the rear screen okay at higher speeds, but when your car is stationary or in heavy traffic it soon becomes difficult to see through clearly.
A wiper isn't an option because of the position of the rear spoiler but I wondered about a spray system with atomizing / misting nozzles and a water dispersing liquid.

The water should bead off at low speed. I have a convertible. I guess the angle of the window makes the water run off of mine faster.
Thanks for the replies, I have tried RainX and also car polish, they were both really good in heavy rain but actually made the problem worse in light drizzly rain when parked or driving at low speed. I’ve also considered fitting a 1970’s style Louvre over the back window but can’t find any for sale.

You might want to get the measurements from a 1987-90 Dodge Daytona, or a 240Z, and see if they might match up. Maybe you could modify them to fit.
