headlight condensation VS foggy
The upper part of my headlight is a little foggy, it is NOT considered as condensation, and the headlight condensation TSB doesn't apply to me. Am I correct?
I am asking because I find someone on this forum had headlight replaced for free due to fogging up, but some said it can be fixed with DIY plastic polisher easily.
(Sorry I'm asking too many questions because my warranty is expiring soon, wondering any last minutes stuff need to do)

Funny you should ask, but I had both headlights replaced today under warranty (warranty expired today). Had them polished out two years ago, but fogging reappeared. Took the car in last week, and they took photos of the headlights to send to Chrysler to get authorization to replace which took 5 days to approve. New lights look great.

The dealer took the photos, so I don't have copies. Mine were only foggy at the top and more on the outboard sides of the lights. The Service Manager said Chrysler routinely approves the replacements.
