Default how do I put this car on ramps?

This is my first rear-wheel drive car and my coupe does not want to go on ramps. As soon as I try to drive up the ramps, one or both of the ramps shoots forward about a foot.

Should I just put something heavy against the wheel ramps to prevent them from moving? Or am I doing something wrong here???

Update:
----------
I was wondering why everyone else with rhino ramps were having no problems putting their cars on the ramps, but my rhino ramps were shooting all over the place. So I looked at my rhinos and noticed that the rubber feet that were normally installed at the base of the ramps had both fallen off. I found the missing ramp rubber lying around in my garage and replaced them and now my rhinos are holding up my crossfire with ease. Thanks for those of you who gave me positive comments.

I've used ramps and suffered the same problem. I use to place a 2X4 against the garage wall to brace them (both). Be careful that when you have the wheels up to the top, that the back edge of the ramps don't contact the bottom of your running board.

Yes indeed it is difficult to get those front wheels up ramps without them sliding out in front of the car. The 2X4 method is one way or an alternative if you are not near a wall is to drill some small holes into the Floor and place steel pins/rods/bolts into them and place the ramps against the pins/rods/bolts to ensure that they don't move. If the weather is nice then you can put the ramps up against the lip of your garage floor where the driveway meets the garage outside and that will hold them to.

go to Home depot and get two large 6"X6" blocks of wood,

take the cars jack and lift one side, then slide the 6x6 under the wheel.

repeat for next wheel.

lots of clearance to crawl under.

Get yourself a good set of ramps and they won't slide on you. I bought these ramps for my Crossfire before they started installing the rubber soles on them and I have never had them move.

You can get these ramps from the Ramp Connection; they are not cheap about $250 but definitely worth it if you work on your cars.

Ack....my ramps are plastic $20 jobs from Walmart.

I'll try to block the ramps off with something more substantial, but I'll also try to find ramps with a shallower angle.

Thanks.

Sad; very, very, very sad.

And remember, loads of these people are out on the roads with us, doing whatever they do. So watch out for them, because they're certainly not watching out for you....

Do you even own a crossfire?

Are you saying that a smart person would have bought $50 rhino ramps instead of me paying $20 for my rhino ramps? LOL
