conv top

when i try to rase my top the control button only beeps, rear trunk cover is in the right position,nothing happens. any clues......cliff

Have you been driving it the last two months with the top down or did you find the problem?

We had a similar happening earlier this week. I re-opened the trunk and closed it and the top went right up. Don't know why that happened.... the trunk looked closed. Nevertheless, the top has been down and up since then without any problems.

Mine did that today, the trunk wasn't closed tightly. The times that it has happened to me either the trunk wasn't closed tight, or the divider wasn't in exactly the right position.
