Finding Forum Members

I know this is not the topic for this and the answers probably listed several time somewhere in the thousands of posts, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT...

Is there any way to get a listing or do a search of Forum members by location (as in city and/or state)?

Click on "Search" then on "Advanced Members search"
