Default Grill & emblem disassembly, black glossy painting, hood lock adjusting video

How to remove front grill, emblem from emblem, paint chrome in glossy black. To paint it I asked painter, because I don't have abilities to paint good) They removed chrome of emblem and than paint it. After all I put emblem on tape and inner emblem on silicon. Most important - if hood opens with afford, you have to adjust it!
