Default Hopefully not the dumbest steering stabilizer question ever asked

I bought a spare steering stabilizer for my ‘06 roadster a few years back. I don’t think mine needs replacement yet, but is this considered a wear part (I’m at 25,000 miles) or is it an age part replacement?
