Default Silver Radio CD Player?

Has anyone in the UK ever found a nice quality Radoi/CD player as a replacement for the standard unit, which matches the dash in silver and lights up in matching green at night?

I have found one or two but they didn't have bluetooth or ipod connections so no point in changing from the original one really....my search continues & I'll let you know if I find one!

I think silver is such a hard colour, most makers will sell the unit in black knowing after market customers can either customise with additional clip on faces or where thats not an option simply detach and use a spray can.

If anybody has done this i would be interested in the results and head unit?

Thanks

Look under the manufacturer's 'marine' category :
The vast majority of marine radios are silver .......

Hi,

I know this is a late post. I changed my stock radio for a Sony CDFX775 (similar to attached pics).

Not sure if you can still get hold of these, but the colour fits in with the dash colour perfectly.
