Low Mileage '56' For Sale

Hi, I have a '56' Aero Blue Crossfire for sale. 42,500 on the clock. Manual.
Purrs like a tiger, roars like a lion.

Engine completely checked through and perfect, new rocker gaskets, all cleaned out.
I have done a lot of work (not that it needed it, bit of OCD when it comes to the XFire), had all the wings and bumpers off cleaned all inside these and under neath the car, all drain holes in full working order.
New top grade tyres all round, Full working air con, replaced the steering damper (can feel the difference). A few stone chips to be expected, although not really noticeable, alloys are clean.

My garage has said that its the best model of its age they have seen, they have a few XFire owners on their books, all electrics sound.

Done my own little design elements by vinyl wrapping the center console up to and including the coin draw and cigarette lighter in 4D Black wrap, (made a huge difference in the sun hitting that bright silver and blinding you as you drive) Extremely clean inside, only mark is a slight scuff on the drivers bolster, previous owner getting in and out. Keep forgetting its there hence not had it removed yet.
Crossfire (with crossfire wording) carpets made to fit added.

All door rubbers and seals have been reconditioned throughout and tight seals throughout.
Also included the rubber bonnet seals in this.
Have fitted LED Daytime Running Lights that drop to 30% when side and main lights switched on (all legal). All bulbs have been replaced with LED again all legal.

Looking for sensible offer, MOT & Tax till April 2015 also would consider an exchange with a red, yellow or silver/silver grey model manual or auto very interested in a convertible. I have fitted a top of the range Parrot Bluetooth Hands free kit that plays via phone, USB or SD Card, happy to leave in car although would expect offers in reflect this.

Purely looking to sell to as want one of the other colours and if poss a convertible, if i don't sell it will stay with me for a long time to come she is my baby and will find it hard to let her go. She loves the open road and very responsive around town.

Will be taking images later as want to see if there's any interest to start the ball rolling. Happy to email them to interested parties.

Thanks and look forward in hearing from you.

That's not sensible!!!! check the market, you will never get that for it, it's a buyer market!! Yes some others are asking silly money but they are not selling, most of the higher priced cars have been hanging around for months now!! if you don't NEED to sell and can wait for a good price, the best you can expect realistically is 5.5 to 6K tops for an absolute minter!!! If you need a quick sale try 4.5 to 5K you might get lucky. But good luck! you never know, they say there is one born every minute!!! that one might like your ad!!!

That's ok, I have checked the market against others with higher mileage, similar mileage in less condition and its a fair price for what I'm offering. I don't mind waiting.

I looked and agree with Mo - private sale on a manual NA coupe with these miles in mint £5800 tops dealer would knock it out at around £6000 but would have to provide a form of warranty so, as private with no warranty and not mint as had some modification people would expect to pay around £5000 to £5250 think you are going to wait.

Try getting a valuation off Parkers or What Car
