I'm ready for a roadster
Well,it's a few years since I last was last looking at this forum.
As it turned out I opted for a Lexus SC430 instead of a Crossfire coupe and was very pleased with the Lexus, keeping it for about 4 years. Swapped the Lexus for a Lotus Elan SE M100 but age is catching up with me and wonderful though the Elan is it's a bit too much for my OAP's backside particularly on long journeys. Thought about an SLK but they are everywhere, 'common ' is the word that comes to mind. Was thinking about what the alternatives are when I came across a Crossfire roadster for sale and realised I'd found the alternative, and so cheap now, best of all worlds. Got to sell the Lotus first as under strict orders from the boss not to get any more cars unless I sell one first but will be following the ads with interest. The blue colour ( I think it's Azure ) looks favourite and automatic is preferable. |
Re: I'm ready for a roadster
I have both a coupe and a roadster currently, they at least to me seem like 2 separate driving experiences. One is auto (roadster) and the other is a stick.

I https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.cro...1a1e2d126.jpeg I loved my roadster, I had it around 4 years and only sold it to move to an Aston Martin, if I'd had the space I would definitely have kept it, fantastic cars and very under-rated. |
