Use the attachment feature when u make a post.

Scroll down on the post page and click Manage Attachments.

As James says above, but if you want to copy them into the body of the text you should resize them to about 800 pixels max and then the post photo stays inside the same standard width of the other posts.

When you start a new post or answer one you will find down the same page the heading Additional Options and halfway down that is the section titles Attach Files.

Click on Manage attachments in the Attach Files box and you see the upload page, you can attach files from your computer by clicking on Browse or attach files from Photo Bucket for example by pasting a URL from the PB page (http:/ xxxxxxx) that you selected.

Clicking on the attached file you can see it on the screen and if you right click the mouse you can select COPY and paste the picture into your message. The photo will stay as a small icon at the bottom of your post but unless more detail is needed it looks better and avoids jumping back and forth. The photo in this case is best if it is no more than 800 pixels wide so that it fits in the standard post size frame.

I have attached two pics one from my computer and one from Photo Bucket, neither was reduced to insert into the text area of this post.

Edit I have reduced one of the pics to 800 pixels.

Here it is in the text area.

The fish hook pic is already small enough to fit the page.

I'm not so sure that the Android tablets will upload pics. I am having issues. I select the upload button which , in Windows, opens a navigation explorer window where you point to the folders to find the file. In the case of Android, the click does not open a directory tree...or anything..

I was using the Quick Reply to post, and it has an "Insert Image" button, that seems to put the images in-line in the post as a larger photo. But following the instructions above, from onehundred80, and using the "New Reply" button just above the Quick Reply, using the Manage Attachments, the images are attached as Thumbnail images that can be enlarged, instead of having large images inserted into the body of the Reply.
