Made a big mistake today and went back to La Brea Chrysler (just because their closer) and hoped that they've seen enough crossfire in 2 years to learn and know what their doing.. WRONG!
Many of us bought ours from Huntington Beach Jeep Chrysler. Unfortunately I live in the Inland Empire and take mine to Ontario Jeep Chrysler, they have always done a good job for me.

I went there 2 times but they didn't make the deal. I wouldn't reccomend them after they didn't keep their word to me, it was a waste of my time. They don't detail the cars much either!
I went there, whittier, alhambra, and cerritos auto square - none of them wanted to help me get the car I wanted, so I got it from Florida.
The sales & service departments do not always reflect one another.
Which local dealers have certified chrosfire techs. that know what they're doing? Los Angeles, Orange County?

I'm pretty sure Don-A-Vee does, but not 100%.. I know their master tech is Gary Grinkevich, one of the US's most recognized techs for Jeep (people travel cross-state just to have him alone work on their jeep).. He was also the first person to put a 350 in a cherokee..
sorry that was off topic.. haha

I just talked to my bro.. he said there is no such thing as crossfire certified.. There are tech who have taken the crossfire training class, and those who havent.
At his dealrship, there are three techs who have taken the class.. He also said if the dealership can't figure out the problem they will send your car to a mercedes dealership.

I've had probs with Shaver in San Bernardino, they lie, cashed my 2nd down payment weeks early and still didn't approve me. They also pretended to void another check they had which i replaced with credit card, by photocopying it and writing void on the copy to fax to me. I'm glad I put 2k miles on the Limited in 3 weeks
but took it back in better condition and much cleaner than their job was.
Weeks after I gave them back the car I recieved letters from Chrysler Financial saying I was approved and they said i wasn't. I think the word should be spread and I'll be reporting them to the B.B.B
Jeep/Chrysler of Ontario has way better mgmt, and 1 tech who is good with crossfires.
I got my srt-6 there.
Huntington Beach seems good.. and Don a Vee as well.

Was gonna start a new thread, but figured I'd bump this one instead.
I have what appears to be an intermittent IC pump failure. The dealer I've been working with can't replicate the problem. This is after I had the mechanic ride with me, and the mechanic was able to confirm the power drop. I'm looking for a dealership that can diagnose this a little bit better. Long Beach or West LA preferred. Any locals been able to get a proper IC pump diagnosis?

MOOTHEART CHRYSLER IN CERRITOS - right near long beach call and ask for Andrew the Service Writer - I just got mine back last week. I had to tell them what the problem was, take the tech for a ride, and give them the partnumber. If you take it in I'm sure they'll get to it real quick - hell they just might take your word for it after handling mine.
