will stock 19" rear wheels fit on front??

hi i have a 05 roadster and i am wondering if in case of a flat with one of my rims, if one of my rear stock wheels would fit on the front for a temporary tire, that way i could have one rear wheel and tire for my spare tire for all 4.

It seems part of the reason our cars dont have a spare is that there are two different size wheels... but I don't know. Let someone else have a definite answer come in and tell you.

it will rub but it will fit. get a benz space saver spare or an extra front for a spare.
