Default TSW Kyalami

I noticed that the offset of the 19x9.5's TSW Kyalamis (the size of the rear wheels I would be running) is 35 et instead of 22 et. Does anyone have these wheels? What kind of problem will this pose?

Use this tool:

http://www.rims-n-tires.com/rt_specs.jsp

It is easy and powerful.
All the clearances are included.

Put the stock info on the left and the new info on the right to compare.

That is actually really helpful. Sorry that so many people post a question with the same answer. It looks like I shouldn't have any issues with rubbing or fitment.

100% clear (leaves even more room than OEM)
Fenders: Package will stick out 13 mm (0.5'') farther. Acceptable for most cars.
Wheelwells: The same.

This is with the stock tire size, so it looks like I can run the same size tires as stock as well (apparently 255/35-19 tires can fit wheel widths 19x7.5 to 19x9.5). Awesome.

I'm waiting for my setup to arrive.

Stern ST1 19 X 8.5 35 ET front 245-35-19

Stern ST1 20 X 9.5 35 ET rear 275-30-20

I felt after playing with that fitment software I had to add spacers (15mm)

to the rear, and 10 mm to the front.

If you haven't already, check the inside bore diameter of the TSW wheels,

do you need hub-centric rings?

i put some stern st6's on and my fronts where 18x8 35et, and there is no need for spacers up there after that. i'm not sure if the .5" width will change that at all. i did have to get some rings for them though since i had a bad wheel hop above 50mph. the rears have nothing yet, but i plan on ordering some hub-centric adapters/spacers for them. maybe 20mm.

I checked with my finger (!) and there is about .4" clearance at the top ball joint. With the 245 X 35's it ended up .2" closer. Adding 10 mm (.4") I just feel more comfortable.

And after some careful measuring, it looks like the tires will be flush with the top of the wheelwell/fender with this setup.

If it turns out that they're too much, it's easy enough to remove them!

Somebody will buy them.

When all is said and done, I'll post some pics.

I used your purchase to wrangle a helluva' good price out of them! 19's and 20's, Stern ST1's, 8 1/2 front and 9 1/2 rear:

$810 Delivered to Alabama.

The fella' looked up ST6 sales and there was only 1 sale for a Mercedes/Crossfire fitment.

2 for the ST 1's.

I would have to say that we'll be quite unique!

I like that!

where did you get your ST-1's from... i'm like a week from getting a set of ST-1's.... i like the fact not very many people have them... i saw them on SilverFox's FoxIII (the one wrecked on the dragon)... think they look amazing... though i think i'm going to go with the hyper black face.

Got 'em here:

http://www.elites-wholesale.com/Shop...l/fp/SFV/32431

But you can't get the Hyper Black. I've already have mine!

The 5 X 112 Sterns DO come with 66.56 mm bore. You won't need rings, just (maybe) hub-centric spacers.
I got mine from:

http://www.ezaccessory.com/Wheel_Bil...acers_s/26.htm

If you end up useing them on the front, the 5 mm flat will do no good, as the 66.56 mm spindle is only 5 mm long. It's 10 mm or nothing. And when you DO use them, the inside diameter of the "nose" will have to be bored out to 2.485"/2.490" to clear the grease cap.

Feel free to ask me questions via PM, as I've pretty much got everything worked out. Including the length of the lugs you'll need.

Got the rims yesterday and tires (235/35 19 and 275/30 20) will be here Monday. I found a really cheap place for them (Falken 452) called www.tires-easy.com $742 delivered. Just call to make sure what you want is in stock for quick delivery.

Let me know, Max

Tires will

the 35 off set will work great in the front but in the rear the tire will be inside the fenderwell if you look at the track the car makes now in the rain or mus you see one set of tracke 10" wide because the rear tire follows the front but with the 35 off set on the rear the rear tires will be inside the front your track will be 14" that is 10 for the rear and 4 for the front get behind the car once installed and look ar where the tires sit. look at this https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...ad.php?t=25104 as i tried the 35 offset yesterday.

Yep, I know this. I used 15 mm spacers in the rear to take it from 35 mm on the new rims to 20 mm offset. I dry-fit the rims only yesterday to make sure I had no interference issues. (Dang those ST1's look NICE!)
I had to use 10 mm spacers in the front to make sure the tires didn't hit that damned upper balljoint nut. I would have used 5 mm but they don't work as hub-centric, and I won't go there.

So far, it looks like both front and rear tires will be flush with the top of the fender lip.
