Default Brake Dust Inhibitor - New Chrysler Part

While at my dealer yesterday, getting an oil change, I noticed they had on display a new product....Mopar "Brake Dust Inhibitor" - Mopar #MO-692.

All you do is spray it on and wipe it off lightly, if a haze forms. Applied it yesterday, so I'll let you know if it provides an answer to the problem.

I never asked for the price, since the service manager gave it to me free of charge, since I've been doing business there for over 20 years. Can't be too much.

How did it turn out? If it works, I may get some.

I guess there wasn't any dust but the owner was beemed away by Scotty.

If you do a search for Gold Rotex brake pad you will find what you are looking for. They will reduce the brake dust 80-90%.

Rotex Gold or Posi-Quiet Ceramics are the two popular choices around here. I've got the Posi-Quiets on my car and dust is virtually non existant where before it was just black, black, black after even a short drive. Stopping power doesn't seem to have diminished at all, and that includes on track.
