I've never been so wishy-washy about anything. But when it comes to my wheels, I like the OEMs, and am still leaning towards staying OEM, maybe chrome them. I will be needing tires soon, so I have to decide before I buy my tires which way to go. I like some aftermarket wheels. I like the Mandrus Millennium, but feel the lip on the front wheels are too small. These all have a nice lip on them, So please vote the one you like best. These is are quick photoshop pics. Not my best photo work, but it's just for this purpose.

Please vote A, B, C, or D.

Thanks

How about a pic of chromed original style and there is available chrome accent (grey trim) If all was chrome I think it would pop out at you.
I have an extra set of factory wheels now and would like to get them chromed.

I like B and C They look clean, not so cluttered with bumps.

OK, D is showing up now. I like those as well since they have an OEM look and look a lot like AMG wheels. With D you could also use 4 piston MB/AMG calipers and they would really show up!

FP! I say chrome the OEM wheels. I LOVE them, and wouldn't change them for any aftermarket wheels. I do like some of the wheels other XF owners have, but IMO the OEM wheels CHROMED look amazing.

I've heard California is the only place that chromes the OEM wheels (lucky me since I'm in Cali), and if you decide to go forth (even with the rediculous shipping), let me know. My boyfriend and I have been using the same wheel/tire guy for years here in SoCal, and he does an amazing job. He did my OEM wheels, and I've had no problems at all. I can pass along his name/number if you decide to stick with the OEM's.

Good luck!

I think CA is about the only state that has places to chrome aluminum wheels which is kind of strange since they are so tough about the enviroment there. You would think that all the wheel chroming shops would be in MS.

E got my vote but I think you should add these to the list... I know these would look beautiful with the new sideskirts. 20s and 19s 45mm in the rear and 35mm in the front

I voted "A" but could just have easily gone with "B".

On another note.......does anyone else think those pics look like a model car in a diorama?

FP, I agree with jonny. These would be my choice. I wish you could see SRT-6 Steve's wheels in person. They are somewhat similar to this and look great on a black car. Forged wheels with black "spokes" and wide silver rims get my vote.

I was shopping wheels a few weeks ago and chose the BR01's in silver.

Now just to pay for them, LOL.

Those wheels are at the top of my list too. They would look great on Mrs Inferno's car.

I can't help you FP...I shopped for months, finally had to put tires on, so I stayed stock SRT...I have found a place to have them chromed, but even that has been a big decision, so I am staying totally stock looking for now, except for the new skirts, of course...
