285/35/19's Rear Tires...

a buddy of mine has a set he wants to sell. Im lowered with 19 x 9.5 aftermarket wheels. Am I ok installing these on my ride safely? Im running 275/35/19's at the moment.

not that much difference is there? I have seen 295's and I think someone did 310's...which I didn't even know they made...lol...lowered, I would think the 295 would be as far as you could push it...

I'm ride'n on the 285/35/19's but I'm not lowered.
