Eibach + Koni or KW "Coilovers"??
I've heard these are about the same thing, price isn't an issue, which should I get?
Just got my Forgestar 18x9 + 18x10, and the wheel gap is killing me!
If I get the Eibach + Koni setup, do I also need the camber arms?
I thought I read the "coilovers" didn't actually need any fender adjustment...? is this true?
I won't be road racing, really just care about looks, and ride quality would be a plus!
Would love to hear some opinions, looking to get this done soon

If your only concern is looks, just get the Eibach springs and Bilstein shocks.
You'll get the drop, a nice shock that can do a little bit of everything, and should only pay $600-$700 shipped for everything.
Konis have recently gone up in price, you'd be lucky to get a set shipped for $700.
Camber bars are recommended as the rear angle gets severely out of whack once it's lowered.

You'll want the camber arms with either set up but you can use the car without them if you don't mind the tire wear. The Eibachs and Koni's ride real nice and the drop is about perfect and you can adjust it with spring pads if necessary. The K&W's aren't coilovers. They are much heavier duty Koni shocks and K&W springs with adjustable spring perches. The ride is very firm but livable. For all out performance there's no comparison. The K&W's are far far better. For ride comfort there's no comparison. The Eibachs and Koni yellows are far far better. The K&W springs are rated at 640 lbs for the front and I believe 480 for the rear. The Eibachs are in the 3XX range to give you an idea. The rod on the Koni yellow shocks is much thicker than the stock shocks. The Koni's that come with the K&W's are double the size of the yellow's. Real heavy duty. With either system adjusting the ride height requires compressing or removing the springs so they are equally difficult.
You mentioned you care about comfort, ride and appearance so I think you'd be happy with the Eibach's and Koni's. The Bilsteins, K&B's may be just as good but I have no experience with them.

This is where I got mine from. Ask if they're in stock before you order from them. You can get them faster at the local Mercedes dealer and find them cheaper if you look hard enough.
