Wheels and Tires

Hello,

I am going to the Dragon this Fall and want to purchase new wheels and tires before I go, so I need to make up my mind soon and would like your feedback since as with almost everything I have done with this car, this is the first time buying aftermarket wheels. I looked at a lot of different wheels including Mercedes replicas and was surprised how difficult making this decision would be. I am not doing anything outrageous and will actually follow in the footsteps of a few members on this forum.

I really like the Forgestar F14 wheels even though they area little bit more expensive than I wanted. Velociabstract and Sheldon(recently sold his car) have these wheels and I will probably use the same size wheel and offset

Front – 18 x 9 with a 30 offset and Rear 18 x 10 with a 26 offset. As for the tires, front 245/35 and rear 285/35.

I have not decided yet if I will go with gunmetal or silver but both would look good. Can anyone recommend a place to purchase these wheels and tires? Someone had good things to say about Wheelstudio and their prices are competitive but the tire selection is not the best.

I plan to lower the car after I get the wheels installed so I have been paying attention to those discussions and will try to tackle that next – also a first!

Thanks
