Default Ceramicool Pads, Any Experiences?

Ceramicool pads are now offered at Brakeworld. They are a true full ceramic pad. Claims are for very very low dust, low wear, and low noise. (The very slow speed groaning with the stock pads is annoying to me.)

Has anyone tried these?

There should be a potential need for higher brake forces required to achieve the same braking. That would mean more pedal travel and maybe a rubbery feel.

They sound very interesting to me.
