Re: Bolt Pattern for Crossfire wheels
This thread is still very helpfull as I am looking to keep the same size in the front but want a19x10.5 in the rear. Reason is I went with a wider tire in the rear 275/30/19 for more traction off the gate at the track but started experiencing some tire roll on the rim when taking wide curves at highway speeds. If I increase the width from 9" to 10.5" this should stretch the tire in a similar manner as the stock set-up. Does this sound right or will I run into other issues? Thanks in advanced. Also what does the 66.5 signify?
Re: Bolt Pattern for Crossfire wheels
66.5 is the diameter in millimeters of the hub bore. For instance, if you were to find some OE Volkswagen wheels, even though they also use 5x112 they will not fit because VW uses a 57.1mm hub. So the wheel will not contact the rotor hat...

Would these fit on the rear for slicks?

Not Likely, at least not well. A 51 offset is way too high.

I am trying to maintain the face of the wheel and fender relationship. I assume appearance is the second requirement of this experiment.

wow, 8 year old thread brought back from the dead.
Yes you can run 18's all the way, I do it for the street and racing.
Hope you're still up on this site. I have the opposite question for you. I'd like to run the back set of tires and rims on the front, all 4 being the same size as the factory tires and rims. Is this possible without any damage, modifications or serious of handling?

Re: Bolt Pattern for Crossfire wheels
Sounds good. I appreciate your time and since I want to get some new factory rims, I may just put the old ones on the front to check out. I ll
