Adjustable Upper Rear Camber arm bushing kit for $75? Are they worth a try?

I emailed the company (Rock Auto hadn't a clue) asking for how much eccentricity was provided at the bushing.

Asking "How much Adjustment" would be different for each car/geometry. I'll post here if I ever hear back...

I suppose the effort needed to remove the old bushing would be the same? Five-Star PITA?

Hi Max,

The MS10459 Adjustable bushing can achieve a ±1.25° of change. In some cases this can be pushed to ±1.5°

Amazon sells the MS10459 bushing for $67. Free ship for Prime. The rubber bushing inside mine deteriorated really messing up the camber on the right side. Question: Can I replace without any special tools?

 

You can get a brand new rod with bushings already installed from Mercedes for $36.20 plus shipping. Take out the old; put in the new. part number 2103504506 right and left are interchangable. click this link: camber rod
Or go to Rock Auto and see their "strut rod" for a 2004 Mercedes SLK 320. It is a new after market part for under $17.00 even comes with new bolts
