Default rear suspenion

Does any one know anything about Meyle rear suspension kits that are on ebay are they ny good my camber is out and toe is out plus it's squeaking in the back.
Plus what brand of transmission oil I should use in it it's a automatic

The toe is adjustable without any extra parts, for the camber links you can make a set for less than $100 :
