Michelin VS goodyear VS Bridgestone Vs Pirelli
Michelin VS goodyear VS Bridgestone Vs Pirelli
Guys, I did my research and I guess these are my three options for my cross, pilot sport AS3+, Goodyear eagle sport AS, Bridgestone Gforce comp 2 or the pirelli pzero Nero GT. Anyone with experience on this ones? Which one would you buy and why? The michelins are in discount at Costco (70 off plus free installation) and the others (80 off) in Sam's. Thanks

Re: Michelin VS goodyear VS Bridgestone Vs Pirelli
I have michelin pilot sport a/s plus 285/35r19 they where on clearance for only $184
on ebay best wheels online.
A few months ago.
I posted on forum acouple times, but don't know if anyone took up on the offer.
Treadway 500, all season tire.
FOR WIDER THAN STOCK WHEELS ONLY........
these are runflat tires so a very stiff sidewall and will have problems sealing on widths not reccomended.
I bought 4, have 2 spares for this price.
and MADE IN USA...
The brambus will not work for me since they are summer only tires.
Got stuck in winter storm with 212 miles away from home, and was more than pleased with these, so far best I have had, better than goodyear, continental, general and sumitos's.
And for just $184 apiece I got 2 spares

Several members have had trouble with Sam's tires. Personally I would not go to Cosco or Sams for tires.

Price shop and price match - many good shops will honor and match prices of discount shops. Personally, no way I'm going to Sams, Costco etc. Cheaper prices are a result of subpar tires from the manufacturers and subpar installers and equipment.
As far as tires, everyone has there own best choices. I was sold on the michelins and have been for this car. I have the Pilot super sports and in my experience, handling and ride have been awesome. Even though they are summer tires, wet traction has been excellent and even my ocassional cold weather rides have been fine. On the dragon is when I realized what a great tire they were. Unreal handling. I have about 12K miles on these now and they are wearing quite nicely. Lot's of tread and comfort is still as they were on new.
Good luck with your choice.

So what was on inside on one side is now on outside on other side.
On my factory rims, nit long after I bought the silverfox, I was getting some rear tires, shoo was supposed to be the best around the area I was in, looked around back and 4 guys with tools prying away, really mad me mad, and the owners comment "it's what has to be done for this size of wheel
Re: Michelin VS goodyear VS Bridgestone Vs Pirelli
If they offer free rotation, let them know to rotate, have to unmount and either flip or remount on other rim.
