Rubbing on Right-Hand Turns

I have begun to notice a rubbing sound/feeling on slight right-hand turns. It occurs on a 1/4 to 1/2 wheel rotation to the right, not to the left. I have parked the car with the wheel in these positions and have observed no contact with the bumper cover. Any ideas on what this could possibly be?

Check the back side of the inner fender skins

there is a plastic frame cover ,,to the rear of the front wheel ,it is about 10 to 12" box looking,,it should be flat so it misses the tire ,if you got a stick or something behind it it would push away from where it mounts( as mine did) just put back in place and you may need to replace the mounting screws jim
