As in the title... searching for fog light rear panel, siren and an original silver cigarette lighter

If you mean the fog light access door in the front wheel wells then you will find that there are left and right parts. You can buy a left and right hand set from NeedsWings for about $25 plus shipping. CLICK

The cigarette lighter appears on eBay at times.
