Default New Look

Well I got some brake caliper cleaner on one of my wheels and it started eating away at the gold paint, so i figured i would try out a new look. Wheels are plastidipped black, with a lot of the glossifier. I also dipped the rear emblem and letter and the front grills. Also painted the exaust tips gloss black (with real paint).

* Pic with gold wheels is how it looked previously

Future plans are to paint the silver pieces around the windshield SSB to match the rest of the car and then paint the side strakes black as well

is your intake wrapped? looks badass.

I still think I prefer the gold though, just because it was so unique

Yes the intake is wrapped in black header wrap. It gives it a more aggressive look and keeps the temps down, since the aluminum pipe was getting extremely hot without it. I did like the gold alot, i can always remove the plastidip and the gold will be there but one of them got really messed up and i need to order some more of that gold paint. Just wanted to cover it up till then

I usually hate black wheels, but it's definitely working in your case. I think it's the black along with the MB caps. Nice job!
