So you found them post post posting not pre post posting.

I purchased a bag of them from my Chrysler dealer for a few bucks. I had the same issue when I redid my headliner, so I figured a small bag of them wouldn't go to waste.

I too tried some other clips with poor results. Let us know how those work out: that is a good price.

My Chrysler dealer gets me OEM parts in 2 days and does NOT charge me an arm and leg.

Helps to have friends in high places, my local Chrysler dealer sells the clips for $1.70 each.
I hope those clips Ghost has found will work. I will get a bag for future use and to help out a friend in need. Even the correct clips are hard to get into place. I broke a couple before getting that panel back up correctly.

Sometimes it is best to pay the high cost of these OEM parts from the stealer, the part fits and ten clips isn't going to break the bank.
Mind you if I can get them cheaper and just as easy then I jump at it.

This morning I followed the link to the 50 pack MB clips and ordered them, after checkout I got a message "unable to complete transaction" no reason given. A couple hours later I decided to try again, all worked fine when placing the order. I noticed a few minutes ago that both orders have gone thru. I should have plenty of clips by Friday. Even though I have two cars only one has a headliner. LOL.

10-4 I agree totally. The link I provided will get you ten OEM clips, including shipping for $13.75. Chrysler wants $17.00 + tax. That little round plastic cap that covers the windshield wiper arm bolt is $15 at Chrysler; Price has skyrocket in this past year. I bought one from Chrysler in 2010 for $4.98 Sometimes it's just easier to pay the price and swallow your medicine, but if anyone knows which Dorman product covers that wiper bolt. I'd appreciate the info.

Thanks for the followup ghost. I replaced my headliner awhile back and had the same broken clip problem. Though my panel is already in place with those Mercedes clips I will order a bag of your find on eBay. I'm sure they will be helpful sometime down the road.
I too have purchased directly from China before and have good shipping times. When installing some LEDs in a home remodel I purchased various transformers and fixtures. They were essentially the same thing as that which Lowes sells at ten times the price and they are working just fine.

I'm having a problem keeping the velcro mated to each other at the center rear of the headliner - any suggestions?

Ah, tis spring and all the velcro's are mating making little baby velcro's for the summer.
But wait ! I don't have a coupe and was not aware there was velcro in the headliner.
I'll shut up and leave now since I'm obviously not helping.

So, I don't have a clue about Velcro in the headliner and this is the first I heard of it. Maybe, just maybe, someone used some Velcro to 'fix' it before on this particular auto?

I think that you are correct on that being a previous fix. I replaced my headliner and do not recall any Velcro. Maybe my Velcros were out mating also but I haven't seen any little Velcros running around.

Guys Velcros only raise young in the deep South; I have little Velcros hanging around all over the place.
