Today I spotted a drk. grey SRT cpe. harrasing a white 02ish vette. in Wilbraham, Ma. on Rt.20.
Anyone else see a crossfire lately. Last friday I saw a white cpe. on the same road.

Last thursday on the road I saw a blue roadster rte 95N by exit 8 in Sharon, MA around 0830 hrs. It had MA tag 32C*** (didn't remember the last three numbers). It was a clean machine who ever did own it.

I spotted my first SRT, a blue/grey coupe parked outside the CT Post Mall in Milford CT a couple of weeks ago, the plate began with 470. Someone also left a business card from "Georgetown Chrysler Jeep Dodge" on my windshield. The name on the card is a Sam Iacona, anyone know him? Was that his/yours SRT? Oh, and nice business card, but a Crossfire would make it sweeter than the Jeep that's pictured...and I'm sure your aware of the mis-print on the spelling of "Norwalk" OK now what about the blue Crossfire con. I spotted in Ansonia just this past weekend, anyone? OK, so someone just lie to me and tell me it was yours so that I can say that I actually know someone else with a crossfire....please.

"Original thread"?!

Yeah, maybe for the Midwest Forum, but this here is the New England forum.

Oh, and I spotted an SSB Coupe in West Hartford last Friday, just off of Glen Ridge.

That's what I figured also. a spotted for us in New England. Not to keep others out but to see what is around our area. And I finally made it out on the road today with my very own car. I had to drive thru 2 inchs of road sand but I couldn't stand it anymore. Roof down and gone.

OOPS MY BAD.....
I forgot the thread was for Midwest area owners.
It would be cool to just have a new section devoted to all sightings.
There are a lot of them lately.

A couple of my braves have twice spotted a yellow roadster on rte 495N coming from the Cape area. It has a Mass vanity tag on it. The car caught their eye because they thought it was mine, but I'm not as good looking as the young lady who was driving it.

My bride came in from work last night and told me she just saw a twin to my yellow roadster at Rte 1 and Rte 152 in Plainville, MA. That location is about two miles from my house. She originally thought it was my XFire from a distance and then saw it was a guy in a shirt and tie. He had the top down so he was easy to spot. She didn't get the plate number or State.

That was the third yellow roadster report I have received in my general area but I haven't seen one yet. I thought the yellow color was rare, but maybe I'm mistaken.

I saw that White Coupe on 295 S around 5:45 pm near Cumberland with the very nice sounding custom exhaust RI PLATE XFIRE, yup that plate is taken. Then I saw a black coupe at 5:30 am on 95 S going from Providence to Cranston. It looks like a lot are coming out.

Today I spotted the first (other) SRT6 I've seen since I bought mine just over 10 months ago.

I spotted a Saphire Silver Blue SRT6 coupe climbing out of Avon on Route 44 headed east. Was it anyone on the board?

The car was an exact external clone of mine, but sadly I was in my my VW GTI daily driver, so I was pretty invisible compared to the SRT6.

I have to say it was pretty cool to see a car just like mine going by, it looked good!

I was traveling to Woburn MA for a Doctor's appointment and I didn't see one XFire in the 100 mile round trip. I was spotted though! A friend came into my workplace and told me he was on Rte 128 in Waltham and caught a yellow roadster with the top down out of the corner of his eye. When he looked over, it was me. He was somewhat surprised to see me up in that area.

I'm always telling my friends that these cars are rare and there isn't that many of them in our area, so when they do see one they let me know.

Personally, I fail to see other XFires except on area car lots. One of my co-workers saw a SSB Roadster while he was jogging in Franklin MA yesterday. I wonder if it may have been the 07 with 4300 miles that was on my friend's dealership lot. I think he may have sold it right away.

I did see an Alabaster Coupe in the usual spot at Mystic Pizza on the road to Foxwoods Casino last Friday. That's a "gimme" because the owner must work there because the car is always there when we go by.

I haven't had the opportunity to recruit any new forum members as of yet. Maybe if I hit a few car shows I may be able to better spread the word about the forums and -N-E-X-.
