Re: SRT6 rotors, oil catch can and free intake
I designed it to separate the oil vapor from the intake charge and reduce buildup in the manifold, and the impellers of the sc. They drain a large amount of gunk from the engine after driving a while, Enjoy, Woody
Re: SRT6 rotors, oil catch can and free intake
The super charger comes before the throttle body and the gunk goes into the throttle body air stream and then into the manifolds.
Am I missing something?
Oil catch cans have been around for a long time, way before the Crossfire hit the market.
Re: SRT6 rotors, oil catch can and free intake
OCC is sold. Rotors are still up for sale. Hell if someone just wants to pay $50 for the rotors they can have them. Intake still available if someone wants it.

How does the gunk get into the supercharger?

Re: SRT6 rotors, oil catch can and free intake
My plenums were quite clean of any gunk just a thin layer of clean oil on the gasket area, none on the insides. Mind you the crap that comes out of the catch can is awful to see.
