Cam2 100 octane Unleaded Race Gas Tested
I tested Cam2 100 octane unleaded race gas. It is 5% ethanol.
I thought Cam2 100 unleaded was rebranded Sunoco 260 GT, but Sunoco says 260 GT is 10% ethanol.
I tested the Cam2 3 times with identical results. The sample was pulled from the pump after dispensing 5 gallons into the tank.
The 93 octane around here has been at 6% ethanol. My long term fuel trims are unchanged after driving 130 miles with the race gas.

That a big difference Les! I have only tested pump 93 3 or 4 times since I bought the test kit in the fall, but so far it has been 6% every time. In Ohio, pump gas can be anywhere from E0 to E10 and they do not have to label what it is. I am going to test more and see if I find differences seasonally or from different stations.
