Default Need pads after only 8k?!?

first off, its an 07 6spd coupe limtied.
the low wear indicator is very noticeable on the right front
i would imagine even these shitty pads would last more than 8k

so either i brake alot later and harder than i thought ( i grew up on road atl)
there's something wrong
or these pads really do suck

I replaced my original pads with Rotex Golds at 22000 miles and they still had a lot of pad left on them.

Make sure your calipers aint sticking, im wondering if your pads are sticking on.
my friend had the same problem recently with his toyota mrs and had to get his calipers serviced.
after it was done he said it felt like a different motor!! was driving around with the brakes half on and didnt realise.

FYI he bought it like this from the dealer!!
