Default Rear brake pad orientation

Hey guys, I know front brake pads have an inner and outer orientation. Do the rear SRT brake pads have the same need?
At 14000 miles and planning a brake fluid flush this weekend and thought I would consider "flipping" the pads from inner to outer positions as there is a slight increase in wear on the inner pads and although very fine slight "grooves" (cant think of a better term very slight) on the rotors, hoping to even out the slight wear on pads and rotor by doing this, this it possible?

Thanks

Orientation is due to the brake wear sensor position only on some pads not ours. That's what I recall anyway, I last looked two years ago.

That is correct, we do not have that issue on our fronts. Backs, just flip 'em over, you're good to go.
