To be on the safe side I would also replace the fuel cap with a new one. The cap is duel acting (both pressure and vacuum) which helps regulate the pressure in the tank. With all the work you have done seems best to get that changed and eliminate a possible source of the problem you where having.
Did you replace the fuel line damper? It is show in you post #19 fourth picture down.
