I posted it here and one of the gurus told me that if you unlock the car with the fob and don't open a door (drivers?) the car will lock itself up in 60 seconds. Duh.
I have a key blank and want to have a key cut so if I get locked out I can open to door. Manual says it won't lock if the key is in the ignition. When working on car, I think I'll leave the window down till I get a key cut just in case!
Another aggravation is when the drivers door is open it just beeps, beeps and beeps!
