I had a fuel leak from under car and was from the charcoal canister but it happens when the engine is NOT running but ignition on so pump running. So today removed pipes from the fuel filter/regulator the one that goes to the canister was full of fuel so guess that the diaphram in the filter/regulator has failed so changed out F/R but can't test at moment because one of the new clips failed on install so fingers crossed its fixed when i get some more clips
