Check the fuses on top the RCM and look closely at the contact connections: some have had trouble with those connectors.

PS How is the cars's battery? Does it show over 12.5 volts on a volt meter? Do the doors lock/unlock with the FOB? You can also try discounting the negative battery cable from the battery for a couple minutes and then reconnect. See if that changes anything.
