Without eccentric bolts on the lower control arms ( A frame) the only adjustment is toe.

If you are doing this yourself you will need a coil spring compressor for Mercedes; It will fit up inside the coil spring then you tighten to compress spring. The spring compressors that mount on the out side of the spring won't work.
