I am now 83 and still do SOME of my repairs, I do all my own oil changes,, thank God i have Miami Matt,
who will drive 200 mile to help, on a rear end swap and other heavy work.
the reason I have matt come up here from Miami, is i do not trust ANY local mech.
example i had a rear end I wanted a gear change,, well the shop called me,, when I got there they had
3 mechanics looking at the rear,, one said with this bigger gear( 307 to a 345) it want go into the housing
yes the number is bigger LOL,, in less than 45 seconds i had the center section installed, then they did not know
that the tooth pattern is set up with the different thickness snap rings,,, I took my rear put in a box and said
no thanks i will fix it myself, ,the next day Matt came up and we put it in the car.

M60A3Driver You and a very few others are the members who post the best how to do Articles, and I thank you.
I looked but could not find how to install and adjust the adjustable control arm bolts, I do remember I think it was you
had written about the sway bar. thank you again.
a piece on the sway bar but again thank you and keeping the how to do articles coming , because
the newcomers do not know how to work on a crossfires, well not all of them.
and most shops we take our crossfire's to we have to tell them how to repair it. jim

Just a Note ,do all of you know that 95% of most of the crossfires left on the road ,,one or the other
of the rear wheels is 1/4 to 3/8 more forward than the other,, measure from tire to the lower edge front of the rear wheel well
and (don't quote me) but from center to center front to rear axle is 137" I think,,, measure both sides. and U will see.
I'm sorry Jim,
There's a lot going on family wise lately, and I've been on edge a bit.
