Post is quite self explanatory. I am looking to find the best pretuned ECU to pair with a 74mm TB and a NEEDSWINGS cold air intake. I am trying to stay below $1500 dollars when it comes to modifying my car, so I'll paste a screenshot of my list below so you guys can take what I'm spending into account.
