I have over many hours in the C-124C Globemaster III out of Donaldson AFB South Carolina (closed) and Hickam AFB Hawaii from 1960-1963 when they were retired and replaced by the C-133 (no, not C-130). I was Radio operator, BU Navigator and had to fix any electrical/electronics that crapped out while in the air. Took us 23 hours to go from Dover AFB to European bases after refuleling in the Azores.
