Does it restart immediately after dying? It could be a number of things. If never changed yet, I would recommend replacing the RCM as it can cause many issues. Another common issue is the Crankshaft Position Sensor once the engine is warmed up. Have both replaced as they are inexpensive and a good idea to change as a maintenance item.
