I figured it out. Wife slid the positive cable and somehow wires came out the back of it. I retightened it down and it worked. I didn't notice it initially as the terminal was on and solid. They really don't give much extra wire there, and I'm hesitant to peel back insulation to get more wire. Thank you so much for the reply though!
