Specific to your current car 2004 Limited; Skip the duel intake, use the single Needswings intake, but only if you also use a larger 74 mm throttle body. The car, even with a larger throttle body can not use the additional air the duel CAI can provide; The single is adequate.
A better tune can be had from the Mercedes Swap Shop (there in CA) and also can provide a really nice tune for the transmission.
If you purchase from Needswings get their "oil catch can" right away.

Is it worth it ~~ That's totally your call. I'v done all that and a lot more to my Limited coupe and am very glad/happy I did. I also own a modified SRT 6.
