The link for MB World forum is https://mbworld.org/forums/. If you haven't registered you might not be able to access the forum. The MB World site uses the same format as our xfire. In the upper left corner click on Forum, the drop down will show all the MB models by body code. Select SL, SLR Roadsters, then select SLK 170 or 171. All the posts will be displayed. You can also use the search function as well.
Some of the responses to my MB related posts have been at a super high techy level. I have received pages of instructions on how to recode a specific control module function.
