How old is your battery? I know you mentioned you had the battery on a "maintenance charge" ... have you had the battery Load Tested? It may look good with a meter but fail a Load Test. The spoiler acting up a a good sign the battery is a big part of your problem. The electronics on these cars are very sensitive, a new battery could fix all your problems.
