Think I’ve found the issue, I attached the video.

Today it didn’t start again and I decided to wiggle around some of these, heard a click and the fan stopped. I turned on and I tried wiggling it again to see if it does anything, this is it.

Hoping it’s the RCM and not the connector itself, that must be a pain to fix ..
