Continental Airlines' "Houston Proud Express" was a unique intracity jet shuttle service operating between Houston Intercontinental (IAH) and Hobby (HOU) airports
  • Duration: Operated from August 18, 1986, to January 15, 1988.
  • Aircraft: Primarily used a Douglas DC-9-14 (N38641).
  • Significance: It was rare as an intra-city, scheduled jet service, connecting two airports located within the same city limits.
