Lightbulb Mid-Ohio Race Event Proposal
I finally talked to the administrator of the Mid-Ohio Race Track (http://www.midohio.com) concerning renting the track. The cost would be $9,000.00 for a weekday and it includes the use of the tracks and garages, assistance with use of the track, emergency personnel, and a few other items. I would estimate that with catering, prizes, and other items total cost would be around $11,000.00. If 25 of us participated, the cost would be $440.00 each.

A weekend event would cost substantially more and would be based on the activities we would want. If we could attract 100 or so Crossfires, this may be a better option.

Take a look at the track and let me know what you think. Anyone who has been at an event such as we are planning, please give your ideas on how to plan a great event and the activities you enjoyed the most.

If I receive enough favorable responses, I will continue to work on setting up an event.
