Your mechanic is the reason I do everything on my car myself. LOL Your Crossfire is actually a 2001 - 2004 Mercedes-Benz SLK 320 with a Chrysler body on it. Some parts are interchangeable.
I'm not sure if you are looking for just the knee pad itself or the lower dash assembly.
These parts are still available from Mercedes-Benz but will cost over $500.00

My issue is that I can't find the cool vanilla color. Do you think Mercedes are still making that? I'm going to call him tomorrow $500 Is a bargain at this point and the mechanic will pay for it!
